General Answers
1. Where do I log in to manage my blog?
You can log in to manage your blog using the Blogzerk Control Panel at http://controlpanel.blogzerk.com/
2. What is Host Orlando and what does it have to do with Blogzerk?
Blogzerk is a service of Host Orlando which is a full-service web hosting provider based in Orlando, FL. Blogzerk is our blogging service. We really liked the idea of having a cool mascot, so we decided to brand Blogzerk as it's own service.
3. What is Blogware and what does it have to do with Blogzerk?
Blogware is the blog hosting service that powers Blogzerk. Blogware is a service of Tucows which provides many of the services Adaptive Hosting Solutions offers.
4. Who--or what--is Zerkie? (an easier quesition would be: What isn't Zerkie?)
Zerkie is our mascot. We found him rummaging around in the dumpster behind our office, gave him a bath, and figured he'd be perfect for a mascot for a blogging service. He even can scroll text on his head!. He also makes a mean latte and speaks seven languages (or so he says--we can't understand him), so we kept him as ours to exploit promote.

Layout Answers
1. How do I add Google AdSense to my blog?
You can create a custom component and add the AdSense code to your component's content and then place the component on your blog. See our forum post on creating a custom component for more info. Also, you can edit the blog template to place the AdSense code in the body of an article or at the beginning/end of a category.
2. How do I change the colors of my blog?
Blogware comes with many templates you can use and we have added some Blogzerk templates also. To change your blog's look, use the Layout Manager. If you want to tweak the colors of the Blogzerk - Standard template, use our color code generator to generate the custom CSS to change the colors to any you like.

1. How will I be billed when I activate my blog?
When you activate your blog, you will be taken to the Host Orlando billing system to complete your order.
You will be billed monthly on the first of the month. Your signup invoice will be prorated for the current
month if you sign up prior to the 15th of the month or prorated for the current month plus the following month
if you sign up the 15th or later. You will be billed automatically
each month until you cancel your service. You can choose immediate or end of billing period cancellation.
Please note we do not refund any remaining balance upon cancellation.
You can pay by PayPal or VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit cards.
2. How do I cancel my service?
To cancel your service, you must log in to your Host Orlando Account Control Panel and select the service and use the Cancel Account button
to request cancellation. This is the only way to cancel your service and ensure that your account won't be renewed and billed the following month.
3. Do you accept wire transfers, wooden nickels, gold dubloons?
We only accept payment by PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit cards. Although the dubloons are tempting...
